Trying to determine replacement part for the Ply Gem window latch. The house was built 2008 by Ryan homes. The numbers on the back: 10H, 075, PAT.#5,139,291

This tilt latch is similar in design to our 26-243 and 26-244, though not exact. I can't guarantee that these will replace your original but I do think they're our best option, and definitely worth considering. Review our dimensions and see how well they compare.
