Ply gem non tilt window

Question

Hello,

I am looking for the following window balance, guides, and take out clips. Please advise if you have these items available. I will need two sets as I have two windows that are missing these parts.

The sash is 9 pounds. The visible glass height is 12 3/4".

01-32011-4 (for the balance)
01-42 (for the top guide)
01-145 (for the bottom guide)

Thanks for reaching out to us! There is a chance we may be able to identify the balances needed for your repairs but that may be difficult without the existing hardware. Are they any other windows in the home that are similar to the two with the missing hardware? We may be able to use the hardware from that window to identify the replacement parts you need.

In the meantime, the take out clip you have here is no longer made but our 16-035A should work well as a suitable alternative. We've recommended this to many other customers to replace this. Carefully look over the dimensions to confirm if this will work for your repairs.
