Hello,

We can't be sure without seeing the original hardware but it looks like your door may use a type of multi-point mortise lock. If so, unfortunately, we do not carry hardware that would work for your door. If you haven't already, you may want to try reaching out to PlyGem directly. I'm sorry that we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions. Thanks for posting.
