Thanks for posting. There are a few different covers I would be able to recommend based on the body of your operator. To recommend the correct replacement, I'll need to see the arms of the operator as well as how they connect to the bottom of the window.

Thanks for reaching out! It will be difficult to identify the exact hardware you'll need without seeing a complete photo of the parts you have here. The brand name, nor the sticker information provided, give enough information to narrow down all of the possible replacements for the lock or the casement operator.

Are there any similar windows that do have working parts?

Okay, I understand. If the operator is still in working condition, you may be able to purchase a handle that will work. Although, I cannot guarantee that the ones we carry will be a fit. Take a look at part 39-375 (folding handle and cover kit) or 39-451 (non-folding handle and cover kit) to determine if either of them will work as a replacement. You'll need to confirm that the spline size from your operator is 11/32".

In regard to the lock, you may need have a professional come and assist you with removing the lock from the window. Unfortunately, I am not able to identify a replacement from the photos provided.
