PlyGem Sash Balance

I have a Plygem window in the bedroom that has 3 opening windows in a single installed window unit. This window is original to the house and is approximately 10 -12 years old. At least 2 of the windows need new sash balances but I am willing to do all three. The one I removed is stamped 2740. Please advise which part I should order.

This looks like it might be an S395-28. Compare with an undamaged balance to confirm. You'll need a stamp option of 2740.
