Plygem 5700 rollers

We can try to supply the rollers, but unfortunately, you'll have to go through the same steps a handyperson would: you need to remove the door, remove the rollers, identify them (by photographing them and sending the images to us), and then install the rollers later when you receive them. It's inconvenient to have to take the door down twice, but it's what a professional would end up doing, so there's no real alternative.

Can we see these rollers and take a crack at IDing them?

Without being able to see the original, there's no way for us to know what to recommend. If your patio door is one of the newer style vinyl doors, it might have a roller like the 81-095. This is just an educated guess though. I'm sorry we cannot make a more reliable recommendation.
