Thanks for contacting us. Unfortunately, you have an old Roto brand  operator that is discontinued and no longer made. At this time, we know of no working substitute. Believe me, we've tried just about everything but so far have had no luck. We're always trying to find something though, so it's possible this will change in the future, but we just can't say for now.

The lock in your fourth picture is also no longer made, but you might be able to use one of ours to replace it. It would depend on your dimensions. Start by looking at our 38-095, 39-096, 38-138, or 38-139. These are all very similar in design and one of them may just work, assuming everything's the same size.
