Plygem Series 100 Casement Windows

Question

We recently built a home and have a few casement windows with broken locking mechanisms. According to our builder, plygem no longer manufacturers casement windows so we need to source the parts via a third party. I would need both the handle, as well as the base for 5-7 windows

It's tough to be sure what you have while the escutcheon is still installed, but I'm reminded of our 38-209. This is a Truth brand part, which is a brand used by many different window manufacturers including PlyGem. This may be what you need, but you'll need to remove the old escutcheon to verify that it's the same design.
