Plygem casement housing and crank

I have a Plygem casement window, sticker inside frame says "AAMA Cert Program Sticker, Seroes 700 C-45-60x60 UM 111 AAMA/NWWDA 101.1.5.2-97"

The crank is on the right side looking from the inside, is white.

We can open the window but not close it, the gears appear to be at fault so I need the housing, gears and arms.

Thanks for reaching out to us. I'm afraid we can't use this information to ID what you may have. Can you open the window and show us a full view of the operator's arms? That should help us narrow down your options.

This is a photo of the opposite window, hinged on the opposite side. If I open the window in question I can't close it without getting out a tall ladder as it is 30ft up.

Thanks for getting back to us. Unfortunately, this Roto operator has been discontinued and we have not been able to locate a suitable replacement. I'm sorry that we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions.
