Plygem casement window

Question

Had to replace window and it doing so those black plastic parts broke, top and bottom. Is it possible to get just those parts or do I need the entire part, if you even have them.

Unforutnately, the brack slider on the hinges is not available separately, but we offer the 36-048 set. Take a look and confirm if the 10" long base matches your assembly.

As for the operator slider, take a look and compare the dimensions of the 36-048 to your part. Thanks for posting!
