The broken balancer is 1/2" wide and 16" long. The cord is broken so I just want to confirm the part number. The sash is 18#. Part number of the broken balancer stamped is 15TG.

Hello,
Your balance resembles the S770-16. With that being said, your stamp code doesn't correspond to our strength options. Based on your sash weight, you'd need 16D options, which will support a sash between 16-19 pounds. Take a look and see what you think.
