Plygem insulate 700 casement window lock

Question

I need a replacement for this lock- it won't go up or down the entire path. I looked on your site and it looks a lot like the 33-096 or 33-095 but the measurements didnt match so looking for help. Also, couldnt determine if those parts are replacements for plygem windows.

Your lock looks like it may be a match for our 38-177 and 38-178. Compare our dimensions with yours to see if these match what you need.
