Plygem window parts

Question

I have a 2003 NV home with vinyl Plygem windows. Attached are pictures of the stickers on each window. The first is a casement window with a broken crank (on the right from looking inside the house) that needs replacing. It may be just the gear that needs replacing. The second is a double hung window. I was able to obtain replacement glass to replace broken glass in the lower sash. I replacement sash would be even better. The balance on said window also needs replacing.

Per a Plygem dealer, he cannot obtain these parts as they are no longer made.

Thanks for contacting us. If possible, I'd like to see a picture of the crank operator in question removed from the window. That will help us find a good match.

I'm afraid we do not sell replacement sashes.
