Plygem window screen retainer clips

Hi, I have Plygem windows on my house that was built in 2015, so I’m guessing these wi does may be from around 2015 product line likely. I have several of these window screen retainer clips that will get brittle and crack. I am looking for replacements for them so I can keep my window screens in place. Otherwise, I can’t even use my window screens without the retainer clips. Here are some photos of the actual clip. Unfortunately they are glued into the groove that they sit in, but I was lucky enough to get one broke loose from the glue without damaging the clip or anything. Each clip has a small gray looking rubber strip on the edge that fits into the window groove it inserts into.
