on the plastic piece is the number 13.

on one spring is: #6.5 35"

on the other spring is: 6.5 35"V8W1 Z second line" NOV/30/15/ 6

please advise what I need.

See our 15-252 Dual Support. This uses Series 160 Coil Balances. A stamp of 6.5 suggests that you need two of the S160-6 6.5 pound coil springs. Let me know if you have further questions.
