Pn 32-345

Can't get the hinge separated for installation.
It appears that the screw (1st photo) is not meant to be removed (see underside in 2nd photo)
How to detach for installation?

Original hinge is a 34.355-01.01.
These new hinges do fit, but a bit of a pain to install as once piece
