P/n, sash weight, and install procedure request for coil tape balance and coil housing pivot &b tilt latch

I'm looking for the part number for:
1) the coil tape balance
2) the coil housing pivot.
3) tilt latch

I also am looking to find out what's the weight of each sash or to find out the stamped weight of each coil tape to know which weight to order within the specific part number. The weight may be determined by the size 31.75"x45.25".

Finally, I'm trying to figure out how to unroll the existing coil tape balance and how and where to reconnect to coil pivot housing.

The windows seem to be older American Craftsman windows model 8501B. Other information on window tags in picture 1.
