Hello.
We are replacing the pocket door roller hardware on four oak & leaded-glass doors of a large opening. The pocket door hardware utilizes a double J-hook channel and triple plastic rollers with steel ball bearings. The only identifying information on the roller hardware is a US Patent Number 3,479,862 and Made in USA. The roller measurements are as follows:
Oval Wheel = 1-1/8 " Diameter x 9/32" Width
Center-to-center = 1-3/16" to 1-1/4" (wheel is not symmetrical)
Wheel Inside-to-inside = 15/16"
Wheel Outside-to-outside = 1-1/2"
Wheel Axle-to-axle = 1-5/8"
Please provide information about a suitable replacement for the roller assemblies. We will need two rollers per door for a total of eight rollers.
Thanks & Best Regards,
Bill
