Unforutnately, we do not carry an exact match for your track but we do offer the 23-250 kit, which includes all of the necessary door hardware. Look over the information from our product page to see if this might work for your application. Thank you!

Unforutnately, we do not carry any alternative replacement kits for pocket doors, making the 23-250 would be our best replacement option.
