house built in 1990s. wheel diameter is 3/4". rail width is 3/4".

Thanks for writing in to us. I am sorry, but your pocket door roller seems to be too old to find the exact roller assembly. If the wheels are screwed on to the bracket, you might be able to use the 10-102 wheels as a replacement.
