Hi, you have the best website!
I hope you can solve my problem;
The photos show the roller and door (a pair of converging doors)- NO markings on the roller assembly.
The door and opening are original circa 1886, but have been re-worked, not so well. I have installed many similar door systems, but none so large or heavy.
The door is 36 x 108, and weighs approx 100 lbs, +
The existing rollers are worn at the plastic parts, and also badly installed on this particular door. The other door is ok.
The track is secure. It is a "J" track and measures 1-1/4" from top to bottom of the "V".
The top of the good door is 1-1/4" from the track.
I would like to replace the rollers on the bad door, and hopefully not mess with the good door at this time. If necessary, I can remove and replace the head trim, but I'd rather not. (I'm a good carpenter and painter, but I have many other projects in the pipeline)
Can you suggest a roller assembly to replace the ones on the bad door? I will buy 4, with the intention of eventually doing the "good" door.
Thanks for your help. Doyle

We may be able to help. Before I recommend anything, could you show me a clearer picture of your roller? I'm afraid I can't make it out from your photo.
