Pocket door and sliding door

I have two questions:
1) Pocket door - I need replacement hardware for an Acme 30-1001. I don't want to replace the rails, just the wheels, hanger, and guide. Is there an adjusment wrench available for the hanger?
2) I have a wooden sliding glass door. It is a surface mount latch, 4-15/16 inch hole spacing, and the hand is made of wood. Which product do you recommend?
