Seeking a replacement "Tilt Lock" for a Polaris double hung vinyl window.
Lock face is close to, but not quite aligned with hole centerline.
No part number on window or tilt lock.

I am afraid we don't have an exact match for this tilt latch. Our closest seem to be the 26-288 and 26-289. Their hole spacing, at 1-7/16", is different from what you list however. Double-check your dimensions. Be sure to measure from the center of each mounting hole. See if perhaps this pair does line up.
