Polaris Tilt Window Replacement Sash Pivot Bars

This is from a Polaris window pivot bar. It broke off at the second screw hole. It is from the 7020 series double hung window. The bar sticks out about 3/4" from the underneath of the window. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have included a picture of what it looks like from a working window.

Thanks for writing in. It's difficult to say what pivot bar you need without seeing a whole version, but see our 26-438. Look it over and let me know if you think this is what you need.

Thanks for the reply. Here are more pictures of the item I need. I took it out of one of the other windows from the same series.
