Hello there. I can't be certain without seeing an undamaged pivot bar; however I suspect you might need our 26-226. Compare the dimensions below with an unbroken pivot bar if possible, and see if this matches what you need.

Let me know how you make out. Bear in mind that while the style of the pivot bar matters, only one of the mounting holes needs to be used for it to work; so in other words, so long as just one of the holes aligns with the holes on your sash frame, then one of those pivot bars should work for you.
