Looking for the pivot bar and the clip that releases the top of the window to fold out.

We carry the new style pivot bar for Regency window. We will need to see your pivot shoe to see if the new pivot bar will fit. Your top tilt guides look like our 26-243 and 26-244. You will need to compare your dimensions to ours. I posted a video on top tilt latches for you on the right.
