Polybeau window shoe

Placed an order with in the past for a Polybeau window pegs under the name of Masuko Mack approximate length of 2 1/2 inches that fits on the bottom of the window that assis in the up & movement. I need to place an order for a shoe for the pegs to fit in. Can you assist me? Here is a picture of the shoe.
