Posible Window Hinge Leaf for Silverline Window

Good afternoon. Hope all is well. I have been on a manhunt to identify this window part. After ultilizing "Google Lens", speaking with people from Home Depot/Lowes and other hardware stores the closest I can come is that this may be a "Window Hinge Leaf". I do not see any labels or engraving in the window that could help with identifying. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
