Possible 370 channel balance replacement

A home owner from Fl says:
My channel balances correspond to your 370 model but my balance measures 12 inches long and your 370 length begins at 13 inches.

Do you carry a 12 inch version or can i use the 13 inch piece?

Thanks for your help.

Hey, John! I think we can supply this for you. I will confirm the availability of this size right now and get back to you ASAP.

In the meantime, can you tell me how many you need?

A home owner from Fl says:
Thanks for responding Tom. I'll need two.

Perfect, thanks for confirming. I have great news, actually: this doesn't have to be a special order after all. We added it to our catalog as a standard part just for you. You can order it under our S370-12 at your convenience.

I thought I'd bring up one detail, though, which is the string of numbers after "1120" on your old balance. I actually don't know what that means, and I'm not sure if it's significant. It may not be. A stamp of 1120 is common, though; it indicates that both balances supporting your sash can carry 6 through 9 pounds. As long as your sash falls in this range, we can probably ignore that string of numbers.

Otherwise, you should be good to go! Let me know if you have any questions.

A home owner from Fl says:
That's great news Tom. Thanks for all your help with this.
