Possibly broken tabs and springs

Question

Please help me identify the parts I need to repair 3 windows. I believe the style is the same on all the parts needed, however the lengths differ. Also tabs might be broken so hard for me to id. Thanks

Hello there, It looks like the top attachment lacks 'wings', or side tabs, but the bottom shoe has them. Is that right? If so, see the Series 350 Channel Balance. For a channel that is 21" long and stamped 2030, you'd want the S350-21 stamped 2030. As far as the Top Sash Guide, please show it to us from a few different angles so we can better identify it for you.
