I have been repairing windows for my mother-in-law. I have been using S-900 29 inch spiral balances and 15-045 3/8 inch pivot shoes. Can you assist in identifying the correct window post?

Thanks for writing in. I am confident we can help, but there are many pivot bars that match the tip profile you show. The only way to get a better idea of what you need is to remove the pivot bar and show us clear photos. We will doour best to assist from there. See the videos I have listed on this page that detail how to remove and replace these items.
