This part fits on either side of the bottom sash to help the window stay alighnment when sliding up and down

Welcome to SWISCO.com! It sounds like you may be in need of a pivot pin, but I'm having trouble visualizing the part you're describing. Can you update me with some photos of the bracket/pin you want to replace?
