Looking for a more cost effective operator replacement.

Looks like the bore came out of the operator. That means the gears are stripped, and there's no repairing that. Your whole operator will have to be replaced.

It's hard to tell what you have without seeing it removed from the window, but I think our 39-031 and 39-032 might be close. Check them out and let me know what you think.

I will pull the operator and post a couple more pictures. I need to replace the operator on 5 different windows.

Great, thanks. Yes, this looks a lot like our 39-031 and 39-032. Just make sure all the dimensions match before you make your decision.
