Pozzi Sliding Door weather strip

Can you help me identify and locate this weather strip? It's for an older Pozzi sliding door. This runs down the jamb of the door. A felt brush like thing slides into the grove.

Unfortunately, we do not carry any weatherstripping with this shape that installs using a kerf like yours. I'm sorry we can't offer our assistance with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions!
