Pozzi Window Crank Handles

Hi There. We've been told these are Pozzi Windows, 25 years old (1994). We need new crank handles on all 21 windows. Current ones are nicked up and swivel knobs broken off on many of them. Windows are still in great shape. Measures at 3/8" bore (not 11/32"). Window mechanism says "Entry Gard with a Truth Logo. Number stamped is either 20810 or 20870. Hope this helps. Know where to find something that will work? Thanks!

Thanks for writing in. If your spline measures 3/8", see our ~~30-104~~ 39-104. Just double-check the dimensions and compare them with what's on the product page to confirm it's a good match.

I think you meant 39-104? Didn't see a 30-104 link in search. You mentioned "double-checking dimensions and compare to what's on product page". Went to the 39-104 product page and didn't see any dimensions? Is there a link to dimensions or can you supply them for me? Thx.

Oops, sorry about that. Forgive me, it's our busy season here; I should have been more specific. Yes, I meant the 39-104. The most relevant dimensions for the 39-104 is really what you've already measured: the bore for a 3/8" spline. I guess you're right, this isn't listed in the photos on the product page (for some of our crank handles, it is, which I assumed was the case here. Apologies). Just double-check that dimension on your old crank handle. If it's indeed 3/8", then I'm confident the 39-104 will work for you. Let me know if you have any other questions.
