Pozzi Window Operator

Question

I am going to replace a Pozzi window operator, the pictures have the refrence numbers:
Base: 40372 and 30830 in the barrel casing
Arm: 308242R
Arm with clip(free arm): 20810

Window opens to the left.

Could you let me know what part number, operator cover and crank handle.
