Pozzi casement hardware

I have a house that was remodeled in 1995 with Pozzi casement windows. I need three crank handles, three covers and one crank apparatus. All in white. Where can i find them?

Thanks! For the handle and cover, see our 39-114L and 39-107, respectively.

If you need an all new operator, we'll have to see a photo of it fully removed from the window. I'm afraid too much of it is obscured and we cannot identify it as long as it's still installed.
