As per our phone conversation, please find attached a picture showing the handle for the Pozzi casement windows I have. The handle is approximately 3.25 inches long.
Please advise if you have replacements for the handle that I can purchase.

Thanks for posting. This handle looks similar to ones used on the various handle assemblies I have listed on this page. Compare each with your old hardware and let me know if you think one of these is what you are looking for.
