Pozzi window crank trim

I need to order the replacement trim for the handle on a pozzi casement window. Here is a picture of the trim. Let me know if you need anything more information or can help me.

Greetings! By trim, do you mean the cover? If so, I think our 39-323 should do the trick. Let us know what you think.
