Pozzi window cranks

Quick Learner from Porterville
We installed our window in 1985 which are Pozzi wood casement with aluminum cladding on the outside. They have an apparent defect from new in that the geared stem that the crank attaches to was pressed into the crank assembly but the pressure from closing the windows puts extreme upward pressure on the part that holds the gears down and together. I have attached photos and it appears as if I need some of the left hand and also some right hand. Can you confirm the parts that you have are correct and how much they are individually as I need to check on the exact number that I need.
Thank You
Ben

Thanks for posting. We should be able to help you replace this operator, but I cannot identify what you have based on just seeing its base. We will need to see the operator out of the window. If that nos not possible, we need you to open the window as wide as it can go and show us a top-down photo of the operator then. Either way, we need to see as much of the operator as possible.

Perfect, thank you! I would recommend our 39-031 and 39-032. Just make sure the dimensions are all the same, especially the arms.
