Hello, Jace. Looks like you need a new operator, hinge, and lock. We can help with the first two, but your lock is discontinued and not something we can sell anymore. I'm not sure who may still have this part, unfortunately.
For the operator, start by looking at our 39-031 and 39-032. Carefully review the dimensions we show for these products to confirm that they align with your old part. For the hinge, see our 36-048; this should work as long as you replace the top and bottom at the same time.
