Please help me identify the correct replacement door weather stripping

I am afraid we don't have a foam seal quite like this. Take a look at our 58-169. This has a nail flange, but otherwise the shape is quite similar to your old seal. Look it over and see if you think this might work as a replacement.

This could work. Better than the current deteriorating stripping
