Thanks for posting, and welcome back! I am afraid we've never been able to source an exact replacement for the Top Sash Guide you're showing. Something like our 18-009 or 18-188 might work as substitutes, though it would take modification to get either work: you'd probably need to trim the 'cap' on the 18-009, and for both guides you might have to drill off the center of the top mounting hole so it matches the alignment of the screws with your existing setup. That said, if the dimensions match either guide shown, I think one of these may be your best bet. Take a look and let me know if you have further questions.
