Thanks for reaching out! I believe a better replacement would be our 82-030A Centered Keyed Handle Set. Our 82-086 has an offset thumb latch which would not be compatible with your door set up.

In regard to the mortise lock, yours only has the one hook. So I believe our 82-218 would be better suited for your door.
