Thank you for reaching out to us! It looks like you have the S795-20 with the 20E strength option. This comes with the 15-195 shoe by default but it appears you have the 15-194. You'll need to add this part to your cart separately and then attach it once you receive your order. The video below will show you how to do so. 

We'd be happy to help with the guide pin but we'll need to see photos of it removed from the window to compare to our inventory.
