Where do I buy replacement parts for a prism brand window. I have a double hung window and the top window does not stay up. The side plastic brackets are broke

Hello! This looks like the old Simonton brand coil balance assembly. This isn't made anymore, but we have a modern substitute that I think works really well as a replacement (if not better than the original). The video below will walk you through it every step of the way, including listing the products you will need to purchase. Just note that you will have to weigh your window sash on a scale to confirm the best strength option.
