These have been used by other customers with Simonton windows, but carefully review all the dimensions to ensure that they match. The other part you show is called a pivot shoe. Pivot shoes connect the window sash to your coil balances in the window track--the coil balances are spring mechanisms that enable the opening and closing of the window. It's possible your coil balances are also damaged. Your pivot shoe is our 15-192; it is compatible with our Series 170 and Series 171 Coil Springs. Let us know if you have any questions.
