Prism by Simonton double hung window

Quick Learner from Penn Laird, VA
Hello, I am looking for replacement sliders and what appear to be some sort of stops for our window. With these broken, when we unlatch window, top section of window crashes down.

Thanks for writing in. For your tilt latches, see our 26-243 and 26-244. These have been used by other customers with Simonton windows, but carefully review all the dimensions to ensure that they match. The other part you show is called a pivot shoe. Pivot shoes connect the window sash to your coil balances in the window track--the coil balances are spring mechanisms that enable the opening and closing of the window. It's possible your coil balances are also damaged. Your pivot shoe is our 15-192; it is compatible with our Series 170 and Series 171 Coil Springs. Let us know if you have any questions.
