Prism double hung window

Not sure how to describe this. It's in the frame and connects to the bottom of the window. Both sided are broke as shown in the picture. No special markings visible and I'm not sure that I can get it out of the frame.
Looking for parts and advice.

From the portion of your pivot shoe I can see, I believe our 15-192 coil balance shoe could be the winner in a replacement. Look it over and let us know what you think.
