Prism window balance shoe has broken

Hello,

One of the balance shoes on my prism platinum double hung window broke. The picture I attached is of the good one.

Need to know the replacement part # for the balance and shoe.

Thanks for posting. See our 15-192 Pivot Shoe. This shoe is compatible with Series 170 Coil Springs. If you have more than one spring on each side of the sash, you would also use the Series 171, which has a longer tongue to reach the pivot shoe. Let us know if you have any questions.
