Prism window latch and other plastic part help

Question

I need two parts for Prism Windows:

1) I'm not sure what it's called, but it's the part the sits in the jam that the window sits in. I have one window where the plastic piece broke as shown and another where the metal piece broke. My assumption is that this bracket and spring assembly are a single part.

2) I have one broken latch as shown.

Apologies for my lack of window terminology. I greatly appreciate your help as I'm currently selling my house and trying to eliminate any flaws.

Good afternoon! The first part you're looking for is called a pivot shoe. Yours in particular resembles our 15-192. Look it over and let me know if you agree. One thing to note is that your center metal cam is a little different from ours; you have a bump on the inside that ours lacks. Hold onto those old cams. You may need to reuse them with the new 15-192 housing.

As for the tilt latches, I recommend our 26-243 and 26-244.
